• Open   Control Panel window click on System and Security  then  Click on Schedule Tasks under Administrative Tools at the bottom.
• In the Actions  menu click Create Basic Task.
• Type some name and details and click Next.
• Select the option you want (daily, weekly, etc.)
• Select the date and time you want to shutdown your PC. 
• Select Start a Program then click Next.
• To select the program or script browse to C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe and click Next.
• Then click Finish .
• In the center portion  of the window you can select your task and click Run on the bottom right of the window.
• Have fun.

1. Type gpedit.msc in Windows search or Run and hit enter.
2. This will open Local Group Policy Editor window.

4. Double click on Network under  Administrative Templates , this will open settings page.
5. On the right side of the window double click on QoS packet scheduler.
6. Double click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth option and select enable mode.
7. Now you can edit the bandwidth just below the enable option and turn it to zero and click OK

How to hide a hard disk partition in windows 7,8 and vista

Do the following steps

1. Right click on my computer and click on manage
2. A window will open,click on storage in the left side of window.
3. Now click on Disk Management.
4. On the right side of the window we can see all partitions of your HDD.
5. Just below that we can see all partitions in rectangle in accordance with the name and size.
6. Right click on the desired partition and select Change driver letter and paths.
7. A small window will open with drive name (say E:) and some options then click on Remove button and click Yes.
8. Then the device will not available on opening my computer ( the drive is hidden).
9. To unhide the drive do the steps 1 to 6 and click on Add button.
10. Select a drive letter and press OK. Thats all

How to install earlier versions of Windows programs in Windows 7

In Windows 7 most of the programs that run in Windows XP or earlier versions won't work.
Here is the method to run programs in Windows 7.

1. Search for troubleshoot in start menu and click on Troubleshooting from the list (the first one).
2. Under the Programs click on Run programs made for the previous versions of Windows.
3. Click Next button and there will be a list of programs.

5. Select  the option you want.
